SAFETY APP

The SmartWatcher personal safety app is useful whether you often walk home alone at night, go jogging, or live in a dangerous neighbourhood. It is also a great option for lone workers, business travellers, families, outdoor sports, and for anyone with an increased risk of harassment, accident or medical emergency.

The app tracks your location to help you stay safe. You can invite up to twelve Watchers – trusted family and friends – who will be alerted of your location if you press the emergency button. The Watchers can call you through the app and arrange appropriate assistance. If needed, public emergency services can be contacted with the press of a button.

Emergency alarm button

The PEARL emergency watch will improve your safety further. It connects to our app on your iPhone or Android smartphone and serves as an emergency alarm button.

Always at hand in distressed situations, a light press on the PEARL alarm button will activate the smartphone app and your circle of Watchers will immediately be alerted. PEARL provides an elegant and discrete way to call for help whenever you need it.

Whereas PEARL and other smartwatches need to be in close proximity to your smartphone to work, SENSE and CHRONO are standalone watches with a built-in 3G mobile phone. With a standalone watch you will enjoy the freedom of a mobile emergency system that works independently – no need to bring your phone along to feel safe.

For smartwatches and smart-jewelry

If you already own a smartwatch use the SmartWatcher app to turn it into a safety device. The app works with all Apple watches and with Android Wear smartwatches such as Huawei and Tag Heuer Connected. Pebble watches, Misfit Link, and Swarovski smart-jewelry are also supported.

Continuous Safety Monitoring

Users of the SmartWatcher app can subscribe to the app feature Continuous Safety Monitoring (in-app purchase). This feature periodically asks you whether or not you are safe – and if you do not respond, it alerts your safety network. The Continuous Safety Monitoring feature costs 1 CHF per month, or 10 CHF per year.
