When you press the watch’s alarm button, up to 12 personal contacts are alerted by notifications to the free SmartWatcher® app. These helpers can talk to you via your watch’s built-in microphone and speaker and see your location on the app’s map.
When you press the watch’s alarm button, your helpers will be called up on their phones (mobile or landline). Thanks to the watch’s built-in microphone and speaker, the helpers can talk with you in a group call and coordinate the help effort. They can also see your location on a map thanks to the SmartWatcher® app.
When you press the watch alarm button you will be directly connected to our Swiss based emergency call centre where highly trained safety professionals will be ready to talk to you and arrange proper assistance 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
